Ken is an experienced urban designer and planner. In his work on urban design, waterfront, campus and park master planning projects across the Northwest and along the West Coast, Ken seeks to ensure that a curiosity and deep respect for ecology, history and local culture results in enduring plans that are rooted in the landscape. Raised in Canada and Scotland, he received degrees from McGill University and the University of Washington. Ken’s spirit of inquiry as a planner is reflected in his passion for hiking, skiing and exploring the back roads of Cascadia.
