UW Bothell Residential Village

This new residential community transforms University of Washington’s Bothell campus from a commuter school to a thriving residential university. It provides on-campus living for over 1,000 students coupled with dining, community spaces, and outdoor amenities that support student life. Its landscapes are varied in scale and use and express the heart and soul of UW Bothell, with ecologically-based planting that helps connect upland forest to the 60-acre North Creek Wetland below. The project also creates a new, transit-oriented front door for the University that strengthens its connection to downtown Bothell.
