Walker Macy designed a substantial new open space connecting the LInC to the adjacent new business school, Austin Hall and knitting it into the campus’ circulation network. The fully-accessible plaza is oriented to accommodate thousands of students passing to and from the building between classes, while offering generous seating areas and places to gather. The design offers a unique bosque-like setting, offering a contemporary spin on OSU’s historic sequence of formal campus quads.
