Cape Kiwanda Corridor

The Kiwanda Corridor Project will connect multiple parks and visitor sites, creating opportunities for equitable recreation, improved circulation and accessibility, and promoting stewardship of Pacific City and Cape Kiwanda. The first phase, the Cape Kiwanda Parking Lot reconstruction, features a civic overlook area with benches for people to enjoy the ocean view as well as community gathering areas with seating and picnic tables. The parking lot improvements also include a new restroom, improved pedestrian walkways, surfboard and bicycle racks, outdoor showers, EV charging stations, and wayfinding signage.
