Walker Macy is currently leading a design and phased construction plan for a 24-acre Willamette River waterfront site in downtown Albany, Oregon. The project includes a redeveloped waterfront park, 14 blocks of downtown streetscape and frontage along historic Water Avenue, which will establish an integrated waterfront experience unique to the City. The team led a public engagement process that informed the park programming and guided the park design elements.
