Principal | Landscape Architect
Chris is a landscape architect and Principal who built his design and management experience on large multidisciplinary civic and institutional projects and master plans. Chris approaches landscape architecture as the artful integration of nature and the built environment that mediates relationships between art, architecture, place, and culture. As a thorough and engaged project manager and landscape architect, Chris has been integral to the design of major urban waterfront projects; museum expansion projects; restoration projects (three of which were National ASLA award recipients); numerous park projects; and healthcare facilities.
Chris is a longtime Pacific Northwesterner who graduated from Washington State University’s Landscape Architecture program, and lived in Seattle and Portland prior to helping establish and expand Walker Macy’s Seattle office.
