Walker Macy designed the lushly landscaped second floor roof gardens and the fourth floor eco-roofs of this 16-story mixed-use apartment tower which is designed to achieve a Silver LEED ™ certification. The gardens' sweeping patterns and varied textures provide visual interest when viewed from upper floors. Drought-tolerant and native species populate the roof garden and ecoroof.
