Walker Macy designed the lushly landscaped 2nd floor roof gardens and the 4th floor eco-roofs of this 16-story mixed-use apartment tower which is designed to achieve a Silver LEED™ certification. The gardens' sweeping patterns and varied textures of drought-tolerant and native species provide visual interest when viewed from upper floors.
