Walker Macy

Walker Macy worked with the developers and design team on this new city block and private green street in the South Waterfront District. Pennoyer Street features permeable pavers and is flanked on both sides by stormwater gardens. The street is part of the Meriwether mixed-use development design, which is Certified LEED NC Gold.
