Walker Macy is working to transform 5 downtown blocks from an under-utilized transit and pedestrian into a thriving regional retail attraction that will re-establish a vibrant street life. The design of public spaces includes an interactive fountain, outdoor cafe seating, and areas for public art, all promoting connections to adjacent districts and neighborhoods.
