This new South Waterfront District block incorporates two residential towers on top of mixed-use podiums and parking. The firm led the design of the courtyard, roof gardens, ecoroofs and streetscape. The universal access streets include shared pedestrian and auto circulation and ecologically-based stormwater treatment. Certified LEED NC Gold.
