Walker Macy's design for the courtyards, roof gardens and streetscape features drought and disease resistant plants set amidst a series of runnels and stormwater gardens that collect all runoff from impervious surfaces. The stormwater is held in an underground cistern with capacity to irrigate the entire facility for a year. Certified LEED Gold
