Walker Macy

This 3/4 mile linear park is a major reclamation of the Sacramento Riverfront, creating a public open space along the river for the first time. The park’s design includes riparian enhancement, incorporation of a rail line, multi-modal paths, overlooks, plantings, public art, and other amenities. Phase 1 opened to the public in June 2010.
