Walker Macy designed the lushly landscaped second floor roof gardens and the fourth floor ecoroofs of this 16-story mixed-use apartment tower which is designed to achieve a LEED™ Silver certification. The gardens' sweeping patterns and varied textures of drought-tolerant and native species provide visual interest when viewed from upper floors.
