Walker Macy

The City of Warrenton engaged the Walker Macy-led team to develop master plans for its downtown and marina areas. Walker Macy integrated the two efforts to unify the visions for each area. The plans propose street, town entry, and pedestrian improvements, marina revitalization, mixed-use development and connections between downtown and the marina.
