Walker Macy created a site development plan for the 28-acre Sun Lakes Park Resort area overlooking Park Lake. The plan addresses the location and design of the Park Center facilities, new cabins, campgrounds, swimming pool, miniature golf course, golf course modifications, swimming beach, boat launch, marina, vehicular circulation, pedestrian circulation and wetland mitigation.
