Jason Ortega

"I spend most of my time fighting weeds in my backyard and driving to the coast to enjoy a crowded beach," says Jason Ortega, who also notes that like good wine, a nice wedge of cheese requires aging. While Jason's been waiting on his Havarti, he's worked on projects around the Bay Area including the San Francisco Airport's Pet Relief Park and Richmond's Marina Bay waterside village. 

Jason worked on UC Berkeley campus improvement projects and as a former Maintenance Division Manager at a highly-regarded landscape firm in Portland.  Through his work, Jason hopes to contribute to the world, being a part of the creative community that will change the face of society and its spaces for future generations.
