LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT (6-10 years)
We are seeking a talented professional with six to ten years of relevant experience in an office setting to assist with the design, management and development of projects as part of our landscape architecture, urban design and planning team in Seattle, Washington. We are looking for someone who enjoys project design at all stages, but particularly excels at the detailed, technical development of projects during design development and construction documents. The candidate should show proven success managing projects as a prime consultant, leading consultant teams, and coordinating with clients under the guidance of a Principal. Candidate should be comfortable in a production and mentorship role, should be self-motivated, and have great communication skills (both verbally and written). Expertise in AutoCAD and proficiency in Adobe Suite programs, hand sketching, and experience preparing both construction document sets and presentation materials is required. This position requires a professional degree in landscape architecture (BLA or MLA) and professional registration is preferred. Candidates must have a valid work visa, if applicable.
