"There is something really appealing about making great places - places that are beautiful, vibrant, and full of life. We often take for granted the environment we interact with on a daily basis. I love the idea that a bit of thoughtful and intentional design could produce a better park, a more thriving city, a healthier environment. I believe that our built surroundings reflect who we are and what we value as a society."

Nopporn grew up in Bangkok, Thailand. Since arriving in the United States, he has lived in many parts of the country. Nopporn holds an MS degree in biology and an MLA. He taught children about the natural world in outdoor settings for several years. In his free time he enjoys traveling, hiking, home projects, and spending time with his family.
