Ian Holzworth believes that Landscape Architecture is a special art. "At its soul is the interactive study of places and peoples' ever changing responses to those places," says the University of Oregon graduate, who adds that he's "always found it interesting to have the ability to influence the way people interact with their environment."
Born in the coastal town of Neskowin, Oregon, Ian grew up in Oregon's awe inspiring environment of waves, beaches and forest. The landscape designer worked in Massachusetts before coming to Walker Macy. When he's not working in AutoCad, he's strumming the guitar, hiking or stolling the streets of Portland.
