A student of Portland State’s architecture program, Daniel joins Walker Macy as an office and design assistant. “You learn about a different kind of scale while studying architecture as I have been doing in my schooling, landscape architecture offers a more intimate and personal scale that deals specifically with local conditions and even more so to specific location, people and customs,” says Daniel. “I want to design something that leaves a lasting impression on those who experience the space I helped create.”
Originally from Mexico and raised in Portland, Daniel is a quintessential Portlander, enjoying cycling, hiking, and Portland Timbers.
