Beyond being a fulltime landscape designer at Walker Macy, Ben Johnson is active outside the office. From donating his time on pro-bono projects to volunteering around Portland, Ben keeps a busy schedule, including serving as the editor-in-chief for Oregon Land.

Originally from Groton, Connecticut-a city that hails itself: "As the home of one of Connecticut's outstanding public libraries, an award-winning, Senior Center, and ever-improving recreational facilities, Groton is clearly the leading town of its region." It's no wonder Ben calls Portland home. When Ben's not at Walker Macy, he is hunting snipes in the outdoors and making beer and drinking it.
